To extend the service life of the oil cylinder, adhere to the following requirements:

1. Recommended Hydraulic Oil

  • Use N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.

2. Hydraulic Oil Replacement Schedule

  • Replace the hydraulic oil three months after initial installation;
  • Thereafter, replace the hydraulic oil annually (once per year).

3. Daily Operational Requirement

  • Perform at least one full raising and lowering cycle daily,this helps purge air from the system, preventing cylinder corrosion and seal damage caused by trapped air or moisture;

4. Piston Rod & Surface Protection

  • Avoid impacts or scratches on the piston rod’s outer surface;
  • Regularly remove debris from the dust ring and piston rod to prevent contamination;
